Aiden looks shaken after he heard what Jang-won whispered to him. Jang-won basically ‘scolded’ him for speaking informally and calling his cheerful image fake, “So nauseating.”. Seo-Jun notices Aiden’s expression and asks him, “what did he tell you?” Aiden smiles and tells him that it was nothing and tried to divert the conversation to the drink. Seo-Jun still thinks that something is strange.
*The long-awaited first filming*
The MC announces that the program has officially started. The panelists consisted of the Amure Beauty CEO (Kim Hyun-Joo), makeup up artist (Selena), Jung Seul-Hye (stylist), and artistic photographer (Jung Oliver). The MC also explains about the assessment rules: 5 times assessment from the panelists (and judges) and viewers voting. The number #1 winner will get an exclusive contract as a model, brand ambassador of Amure Beauty+cover model of Bazor, and an expensive car.
The first episode shows the make-over process for all contestants.
For Seo-Hwi, the makeup artist team is mulling over how to style him because he’s got too many tattoo on his face. Selena straightforwardly asks if he has any plans to erase his tattoos, making Ju-Kyung shocks, “Wahhh suddenly it becomes intense…” The assistance tells Selena that she can cover up the tattoos and decide to highlight his eyes and nose. In the interview, SeoHwi admits that he’s been treating his long hair well, and it’s the first time he’s got his hair this short aka SHAVED. In a separate interview, Jae-won admits that if it happens to him, he’d cry. During his own makeover session, he was praised by the stylist, “Your face is handsome, so shorter haircut would be fine.” He agrees to a shorter cut but doesn’t agree to drastically dye his hair, “Because I’m a celebrity on Insta, so he doesn’t want his fans to be disappointed if he looks to different.
During Seo-Jun makeover, he bravely told the stylist to just cut his hair drastically. Selena praises him while the stylist teases him, “You’re throwing away your dignity, huh?” Haha. In his interview, Seo-Jun admits that he ‘s the type that will go all the way to the end. Ju-Kyung is very excited to see his new hairstyle because he’s been keeping his style since they were in high school. Seo-Hwi commented that he likes Seo-Jun’s face so his change of hairstyle makes him look fresher. For Aiden’s makeover, he’s arguing about the stylist about the style. Aiden wants a drastic change, while the stylist wants to keep Aiden’s current image. They finally agree on a hot pink hair that suits Aiden so much and earns him praise fromSeo-Jun and Jae-Won (who wants to try the color). They also show footage where Aiden cried because he cannot show a different image, while the other’s images change so much. Lastly, for Suho, the stylist blushes and says he’d match any kind of hairstyle, to which Selena agrees. Selena even jokes to shave Suho’s hair in the middle =))
Then they have the first photo shoot to be their first assessment.
For Seo-Hwi, the photographer assesses that he has a strong masculine image like a military man. The stylist agrees that he looks better than he was in long-hair, “He looks very powerful and charismatic. What about his tattoo?” Selena shows off that it’s her team’s amazing skill which covers up the tattoo.
For Jae-Won, Selena doesn’t think there’s a makeover and the stylist agrees, “His face and expression are okay, but we’re not curious about what he’ll bring next.”
For Seo-Jun, the photographer comments that he likes it because cutting his semi-long hair making Seo-Jun’s delinquent image to disappear. Selena praises him for having an Oriental face and Western’s body build. They also praise how Seo-Jun’s pose can successfully show his charming point: his lips. MC Yejin shyly asks why Selena pays attention to his lips lol.
For Aiden, Selena thinks that Aiden’s face is most suitable for a beauty model and the photographer agrees, “His pores don’t even show on photos. It’s the kind of image that’s popular among youngsters.” Now it’s Suho’s time…but they cut the scene to commercial break.
*The next day*
Prince of Prince dominates the internet search and the pictures of 5 contestants are being posted everywhere on social media. The viewers praise all the contestants’ visuals. At one high school, the students are talking about it, except for one student. Her friend tells her what is it about then shows her one picture of a contestant, “especially this person… Totally crazy (handsome), right?!!”
